Lakeside Carpentry is a custom home builder in the Saint Croix Valley. We are a small family owned and operated contracting business, since 2000. We build 1-3 custom homes per year, while doing additions, garages, and remodeling projects in between.  We have numerous references available for you to contact about our quality building process.

QUALITY

Our focus is on high quality residential construction using the best materials and efficient design. One of our basic goals is to build and remodel homes that are good for the environment while keeping the project on budget.  We have experience using passive solar design, green building products, and geothermal/ ground source heating and cooling systems. We have built projects using standard frame, log, and timber frame construction.

 ATTENTION TO DETAIL

You will be working directly with the owner of the company, not a sales person. I will be on site and available to ensure your complete satisfaction through the entire building process.  Your project will get the attention it deserves, you're not just a number.  We do a limited number of projects, so we get all the details just how you want them.
